Upcoming internship competition. Download here.

Under the supervision and guidance of Professors Charles Jalloh (FIU) and Kamari Clarke (Carleton University) and in collaboration with other team members working on the project, the Research Interns were responsible for carrying out historical and legally relevant research related to international criminal law, international humanitarian law, public international law and other relevant bodies of law. While part of the internship involved helping to procure research materials for the African Court Research Initiative, learning to analyze research findings and writing memorandum briefings, the Research Interns prepared memoranda related to a number of key questions connected to the African’ Union’s June 2014 protocol conferring criminal, human rights and general jurisdiction on the African Court of Justice and Human and People’s Rights
